Share The Phone Calls

If you want to share the phone calls you receive with any associates - we can set this up for you at no extra charge. This means that if you expect to receive a large volume of calls - or just know you won't be around to take all the calls - you can share them with an associate reader.

Very Simple To Use
We will allocate to you extra pin numbers - so you and your associate operators can log in and take phone calls when it is convenient for yourself. When you or your operators are unavailable to take calls - you just log yourself out.

There is no charge for requesting extra pin numbers.

Diverting Calls
The only limitation is that when we divert calls to you and your associates - they must either be "all landline numbers" or "all mobile numbers". Unfortunately we cannot do a mixture, as it causes problems with billing reports and payments to you.

Even if you have an associate who lives in Aberdeen - and if you live in Plymouth - we can set it up so the calls are shared between you.

Equal Distribution Of Calls
All calls are split between you and your operators on an equal basis. For example if you had 3 people answersing your phone calls - the calls would be distributed as follows:

• Operator 1 - would receive call number 1 - 4 - 7 - 10 - 13 etc
• Operator 2 - would receive call number 2 - 5 - 8 - 11 - 14 etc
• Operator 3 - would receive call number 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 15 etc
